Picture
There is a couple things about how blizzard happen. In a blizzard wind can blow at 35 per hour or higher. Because when it is snowing wind can blow and the temperature can go really cold while it is snowing or a blizzard. A blizzard is a type of a cold front. Because cold front means that it is going to be cold and a blizzard is cold. When rain drops it freezes on surfaces. Because rain can get cold and when it gets cold it can turn in snow and sometimes a blizzard.
